Registration & Pricing 2027

Terms and Conditions:

- We can accept a maximum of 20 students per school 

- Every school is expected to contribute a workshop.

- The registration deadline is January 31, 2027.

- Schools are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

- Registration fees include full conference access, snacks and refreshments, 2 lunches, and the social dinner.

Pricing:

Individual Rates

• Overseas Early-Bird Rate: €120 per person

• Overseas Standard Rate: €150 per person (after 1 November)

• Luxembourg Early-Bird Rate: €40 per person

• Luxembourg Standard Rate: €50 per person (after 1 November)

Delegation Packages (Groups of 10)

Packages cover all delegate registration fees and include one free teacher registration per group:

• Overseas Early-Bird (10x€100): €1,100 total 

• Overseas Standard (10x€135): €1,350 total (after 1 November) 

• Luxembourg Early-Bird (10x€36):  €  360 total 

• Luxembourg Standard (10x€45):  €  450 total (after 1 November)

Cancellation before 28 February: 100%

After 28 February - no refund
