IBIS Budget Luxembourg Airport Hotel has the following rates: 

• Group rates Mon – Thursday. Rates are per room only per night

75 € single room

95€ larger room for 4 or 5  people 

• Group rates weekend - Friday – Sunday. Rates are per room only per night

59 € single room 

59 € double/twin 

59 € triple

79€ larger room for 4 or 5 people

Note that the rate is room only. 

• You will need to add 10 € per person per day for breakfast at the Ibis hotel.

Note that there are a limited number of triple and quadruple/quintuple rooms available and these will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis (and taking into account the gender ratio of each group). There are plenty of twin and triple rooms.

This hotel is located across the road from the airport and is located close to on the main public bus routes to Kirchberg (conference venue). For the train station and city centre the bus stop is just outside the hotel. For Kirchberg the bus stop is at the airport (5 minutes walk). We will provide a summary of bus schedules for those staying at this hotel.
