Armelle Duvieusart & Nancy Thomas

IMS Luxembourg – Inspiring More Sustainability,  is Luxembourg’s leading network on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). IMS Luxembourg supports companies through collaborative and federative projects by encouraging dialogue with stakeholders. IMS brings expertise, concrete solutions, awareness-raising and information through campaigns, forum, training, clubs, and workshops. 

 After graduating from theInternational School of Luxembourg in 2013, Armelle Duvieusart completed an MA in Geography and International Relations at the University of St Andrews, Scotland.  Believing in our duty to be active members of the debate and, most importantly, catalysers of change, she has been pursuing a career in the fields of development cooperation, international governance, sustainability and corporate social responsibility. She currently works as a Project Manager at IMS Luxembourg, leading the implementation of a Food Waste Zero programme and contributing to a range of territorial initiatives (mobility, circular economy, etc.). 

Nancy Thomas has been heading IMS Luxembourg since 2012. With a Master’s degree in Communication from ISCOM Paris, Nancy has been involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy development for the past 15 years. She has worked with IMS-Entreprendre pour la Cité in France, where she focused on social entrepreneurship and integration into the workplace. She is the former Head of Communication at Envie Federation – a French national network of non-profit organisations that helps the long-term unemployed to reuse and recycle waste electrical and electronic equipment. She also ran her own firm, conducting consulting activities in communication and CSR.
